Welcome to Your Healing Journey

Grounded Path Therapy is a collective of therapists who believe healing is not about fixing you—it’s about coming back to yourself with honesty, support, and care. We practice from the understanding that your lived experience matters, your identity matters, and your body has wisdom. You are not a problem to solve.

We offer therapy that honors both the individual and the world you’ve had to survive in. That means we hold space for the impact of oppression, stress, trauma, grief, burnout, masking, identity shifts, chronic illness/pain, and the ways systems can shape how we see ourselves. Healing is contextual, woven through culture, community, history, and the environment you live in.

Our clinicians integrate somatic, mindfulness-based, and liberation-informed approaches to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, boundaries, and coping strategies that don’t cost you your peace. Some days the work is deep and tender—sitting with grief, healing attachment wounds, unlearning shame, or making room for the parts of you that have been pushed aside. Other days, it’s practical tools you can use in the moment, communication skills, and strategies that actually fit your real life.

Grounded Path Therapy is intentionally affirming for anyone navigating the complexity of being human in a world that often demands you shrink. You do not have to perform here. You do not have to translate yourself. We welcome your full self—especially the parts that learned to hide.

If you’re looking for a therapy space that is grounded, culturally responsive, and rooted in dignity, we’re here.
